General PTA Meeting at 6pm in the Grout cafeteria 

Come attend this fun family event at Grout!! This year the PTA will be providing popcorn and toppings! Stay and attend the final Grout PTA General Meeting of the school year. At this meeting Grout PTA members vote for next year's PTA budget and board officers. 

06/01: Grout PTA Board Meeting 6:30pm @ Grout in room 105

All are welcome to attend every Grout PTA meeting. Thinking about becoming more involved in the PTA next year or curious about what the Grout PTA does then this is a great meeting for you to attend. We will be looking ahead to next year's calendar and PTA events. We would love to meet you!

06/03: Bike Bus Ice Cream Ride!

Mark your calendars for the triumphant return of the Bike Bus Ice Cream Ride! Grout will join 7 other schools for a leisurely ride down to the fabulous Fifty Licks Ice Cream at SE 21st/Clinton. The Basics:

Assemble! We'll gather in the back plaza near the playground, departing at 2:45 after school on Weds June 3rd. Parents/Teachers/Staff/Imaginary Friends all welcome!

Pedal! We'll ride bike bus style to Fifty Licks, meeting other school rides along the way. Kids need a helmet to join the ride.

Ice Cream! Free for Grout students (donations encouraged). I'm told they're streamlining the process this year so the wait won't be so long. Clinton will be closed for the event, so we can all hang out.

Return! If your child is joining on their own, please tell them to let me know their plans before the ride. You can pick them up near Fifty Licks before 5, or they can ride with the Bike Bus back to Grout. Bike Bus will leave Fifty Licks at 5:00 PM sharp and return to Grout by 5:15p.

06/05: PTA 5th Grade Celebration @ Kenilworth Park at 2:30 pm

Let's keep the celebration going! 

From Covid kindergarten to graduation day this group of wonderful students have been troopers and deserve celebrating!!

Join us on June 5th, right after school, at Kenilworth Park. We'll have some snacks and drinks to share. Feel free to bring drinks or treats to share if you'd like.
